These custom pre-built homes are affordably priced. We can help you build on your lot or we'll find you one!

All of the custom pre-built homes are constructed in a factory controlled environment (including most all interior finishes and fixtures) then delivered in sections (by truck) to our customer's building site. Once the home sections arrive on site they are assembled and secured to a prepared foundation. Depending on custom finishes and add-ons, most customers are able to move in to their custom pre-built home within 4-6 weeks of delivery. Our Homes Conform to Uniform Building Codes (same as homes built in Master Planned Communities).
